ECLL Withdrawal Policy
The Center for Lifelong Learning makes every effort to assure a quality learning experience. If you choose to withdraw from a course, please notify us in writing (via email, fax or U.S. mail), before 5:00 p.m., three business days prior to the class start date. A full refund will be issued, minus a $15 processing fee. If you withdraw after the three-business-day deadline, but before the class begins, you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after a class begins.
Failure to attend class or stopping payment on a check does not constitute withdrawal. A $20 fee will be charged for returned checks and stop payments.
Class Cancellations
If we cancel a course for which you are registered, you will automatically receive a full refund.
Course Transfer
You may transfer a course registration once, within the guidelines of the withdrawal policy. If you fail to attend the class you transferred into, you forfeit the full course tuition.
Refunds
All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, with the exception of cash payments, which will be paid by check. Please allow up to four weeks to receive check refunds.
Certificate Programs Withdrawal Policy (Paralegal, Six Sigma, and Certified Financial Planner)
Written withdrawal requests (email, fax, mail) must be received before 5PM, fifteen business days prior to the program start date, in order to receive a refund less a $100 processing fee. No refunds are given after this period.
Osher Lifelong Learning Institute Withdrawal Policy
While no refunds can be issued, EARP students may transfer to another OLLI course within a quarter, but not between quarters.
